Insurance Accepted

I am currently an in-network provider with the following insurances:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield

• North Carolina State Health Plan

• United Healthcare/UBH/Optum

• Aetna

I am an out-of-network provider with other insurance companies at this time, but would be happy to provide you with a form to submit for reimbursement for out of network benefits. I also accept private pay clients.

Rates

• Initial Assessment: $175

• Individual Therapy : $165

Payment

I accept all major credit cards as well as HSA cards

Cancellation Policy

I ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations. There is a $75 fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and this fee is due before your next appointment.
